Consumer Price Index for all items increased 7.1 % in November 2022 from last 12 months on a seasonally unadjusted basis.
All items less food and energy index, or Core CPI, increased 6.0 %.
Food index increased 10.6 %, and energy index increased 13.1 %.
Fuel oil was the biggest and utility gas service was the smallest contributor
Fuel oil was the biggest contributor, with its index increasing by 1.7 % from last month and increasing by 65.7 % from last 12 months.
Utility (piped) gas service was the smallest contributor, with its index decreasing by -3.5 % from last month and increasing by 15.5 % from last 12 months.
